Having in home care services means being in control of your activities and retaining as much control as each situation allows. Many of our clients just need a little help to continue living a safe and productive life while some might be recovering from a fall or surgery, or other condition. Regardless of your situation, our goal is to support the individual as best as possible while allowing them to control their care and daily decisions.
How can I trust a caregiver in my home?
All our caregivers are vented professionals. Like nurses and doctors, they have chosen a career to provide compassionate care for those in need. At RiverTree Healthcare, all our staff undergo a vigorously screened procedure which includes a detailed background check and screening for compassion, identity, integrity, and competence.

At RiverTree Healthcare, we only employ the best. We will never send you someone we would not be happy to welcome into our own homes. What if we don’t like our caregiver?
We will be happy to change the caregiver at no additional cost to you. We have policies and procedures in place to guide you through this process.
Will we have a choice in selecting the caregiver
During our care pairing process, we will work with you to understand your needs, what unique skills and personality you desired in a caregiver. With this information along with your care plan, we will then make referrals.
What is the process of finding a caregiver?
